Mr. Engh joined Valspar in 1993 as General Counsel. Prior to that, he worked for 13 years as an attorney specializing in corporate finance and merger and acquisition transactions. Mr. Engh is a member of the American Bar Association and Minnesota Bar Association. He graduated from University of Minnesota in 1976 with a B.A. in English Literature. In 1982, he graduated cum laude from William Mitchell College with a J.D.
